316 stainless steel chemical studs are a heavy duty anchoring solution designed to be used in conjunction with a chemical anchoring injection. The units comprise of a threaded stud with a chiseled tip, a nut and a washer. Once a hole has been drilled and a chemical anchor is to be injected into the hole, the stud must be inserted into the hole, rotating the stud until the required embedment depth has been reached. After the chemical has cured the stud can be loaded. Stainless steel chemical studs are commonly used for structural anchoring in commercial applications.
